Normally there exists the following response in the process of installation:
First、why are some signal lights not on after installation and connection?
reason 1: The line of certain signal light isn’t collected well
reason 2: Power supply line doesn’t work well.
After solve these two kinds of problems, it will work smoothly.
Second、Why does the door bell issue no sounds when you press?
1、Not install well so that there is influence on the smooth electricity status of door bell, please change door bell.
2、”Do not disturb” in the room opens, but it compulsorily comes to “not disturb mode”. Please make “do not disturb button” reset. It will recovers smoothly.
3、Door bell line isn’t collected well. It happens because of poor connect.
4、Original quality problem about the door bell
5、Press door bell viciously for a long time. Door bell is in protection status. After stopping pressing the door bell, you need to wait for 1 mintue and then you can use it again.
